‘Save our beautiful world’ is dedicated to Professor Alison Birtle for her dedication, her outstanding abilities and her amazing team including the resilient Wendy. The Professor constantly reviews and innovates and seeks new remedies and solutions, Dr Catherine Thompson for her vocation to humanity and to the kindness and consideration she shows to her never-ending list of patients at the NHS. She is a very special human being.
Other special people
We would like also to acknowledge in this special dedication, other amazing and deserving individuals and stalwarts of the NHS: Mr Hamayun Saghir, a specialist and a caring man with innovation and a great panoramic vision of the future, Dr Haslam, Dr John and Dr Stuart of Queen’s Square medical practice Lancaster, who along with their colleagues, carry out a heavy workload week after week and represents a vital and major service to the public. Not least of all the dedicated CRNS, Michelle Holmes who works above and beyond the call of duty. Finally we commend the brilliant teams of NHS personnel, unsung heroes and working tirelessly for the common cause.
This is why the NHS is able to offer such a life saving, wonderful free service to the people of the UK and this must be protected and advanced with the necessary resources. One day the politicians might recognize and appreciate all those in the NHS or connected with it for their true value and worth to our society.
Upon a time before ancient earth
Saw the human-induced deadly birth
Felt the poisonous, pernicious kiss
Of the global cursed climate crisis
A mountainous unknown asteroid
Just to behold such a fearful sight
Of unstable creation, day and night
Journeyed on and on at lightning speed
Whilst nurturing humanity’s seed
Surging past the dazzling milky way
Just engulfed by an endless array
Of limitless light and dark matter
Randomly it seems at wanton play
Yet with universal laws imposed
Every second, every single day
Myriads of black holes, shooting stars
Once colonised, the red planet Mars
An orchestrated cacophony
Many more magical mysteries in our universe for us to see
On the ever, all expanding stage
Of Infinity’s new horizons
Just continuously emerging
Beyond all human understanding
At last journeys end and the homecoming
Then the fierce embrace of Mother Earth
Causing destructive nuclear strife
Yet in time miracling pristine birth
With biodiversity of life
To evolve, generate rainforests
Lungs of the world, natures nurseries
And the vast deep mysterious seas
All home to multi diverse species
Exotic hummingbirds, honeybees
We had a paradise without parallel
Now descending to Dante’s seven stage hell
Some of our leaders have feet of clay
Losing their kleptomaniac way
Sometimes blinded, bribed by big money
By the oligarchy, rich-sick men
Driving us all to Armageddon
Beezelbub, Beezelbub, won’t let you go
Beezelbub, won’t let go, I’m your foe
The richest get richer, get richer
They’re the rich one percent, one percent
The rest of us can live in a tent
Just live in a tent and get poorer
Even in a tent, can’t afford rent
Can’t afford rent, we’re getting poorer
To all our children what will we say
Destined so soon to see their last dawn
Then no mother left to mourn or cry
The last child will be tomorrow born
No place to live no place to die
Yet together we can save our Earth
This most beautiful place of our birth
Forget your fear our time is now here
This is our plea to fight for world peace
Until mutilations, killings cease
Strive for the love of humanity
Together we’ll see an end to war
Its brutality and all its gore
All’s possible if we act as one
Stand very tall there’s room for us all
Whatever your creed, gender, colour
Whatever your religion or none
It’s time for the power of our love
To transcend that sick love of power
So please join the universal clan
Of the world’s sisterhood of woman
And the worldwide brotherhood of man

Before it’s too late we ask you to join us and to please sign the petition below to show our united strength to persuade governments and leaders across our planet to act now and go much further than any agreements reached at the United Nations Climate Change conference in Glasgow, from 31st October 2021 or any previous conventions which sadly were full of empty promises. If we want to be heard the people of the world must speak with one unstoppable voice to save our precious heritage - it is ours.
